The Texans Arian Foster is headed back to the Pro Bowl for the second time in as many years. And Johnathan Joseph is a first-time selection after being overshadowed and overlooked as a member of some dismal teams in Cincinnati. Joseph joined Foster on the AFC squad and both of them serve the Texans Cheap NFL Jerseys as reserves.
However, they were the lone honorees from the Texans, the AFC South champs currently sitting at 10-5. Joseph said:"To me, that's kind of strange to see the year that everyone else has been having. It shocked me a lot, to be honest, just because I thought other guys were going to get voted in. It's kind of a disappointment.
At the same time, we're looking forward to playing in the Super Bowl, not even playing in the Pro Bowl." Three Texans were chosen last year despite a 6-10 finish. Fullback Vonta Leach was one of those three, and he was selected again this season. Some of Foster's success last year was attributed to the presence of Leach, but now that he's in Baltimore, it's unclear who is apparently responsible.
Foster and Joseph wish circumstances could have been different. Both of them are happy to be recognized. Welcome to purchase through the related link. Joseph said:"It's just a great honor just to go out and represent the Texans as a whole, not just as an organization itself. I've got to represent Wade Phillips, defensive backs coach Vance Joseph, Perry Carter, those guys and just the whole Texans defense and football team, so it's just a great honor altogether." Foster added it after Joseph's comment. "It just means a lot because I came from a place where, statistically speaking, you're not supposed to make it in this League, especially to that high of a level and I've done it twice.
It's just a tribute to hard work and my teammates helping me out. I wouldn't have been there without them." Foster and Joseph managed to leave enough of a positive impact. Foster is the only Houston Texans Jerseys running back ever named to the Pro Bowl. He is just the fifth player since the 1970 merger to surpass 1,000-plus rushing yards and 600-plus receiving yards in consecutive seasons. And Joseph is the first Texans defensive back headed to Hawaii since Aaron Glenn in 2002.
